The recent Australian election didn’t go well for conservatives. The ruling Liberal Party (which is the more conservative major party there) lost power, and the far-left Labor Party now holds power instead. But it turns out, the same practices that made election fraud easy here in 2020 also exist in Australia.
For starters, just like America, and unlike most of the world, Australia has no voter ID. Just like in America, the authorities simply refuse to look for voter fraud, and then they cite a lack of criminal prosecutions as proof that fraud never happens.
But there’s more. Whistleblower Li-Men Yan claims that in April she got a call from a Chinese Communist Party operative in Australia, who told her that Labor was going to win the election and that, as a result, “America’s ally would fall apart.” And sure enough, Labor is promising to play much nicer with China than the outgoing government did.
In one really weird twist, Australian experts say that the writs of the Australian Electoral Commission are invalid, because they just have a black box where the country’s Commonwealth seal is supposed to go.
And here’s another oddity: Australia’s constitution requires the prime minister to swear an Oath of allegiance to Queen Elizabeth II, who is queen of Australia as well as of the United Kingdom. But when Anthony Albanese was sworn in, he left that part of the oath out.
